Workshop where baskets, hats, fans and paintings are made.
The Sirigu visitor’s center complex includes a gift shop, a workshop, an outdoor reception, and five guest rooms.
There was only one woman in the workshop working on a basket. Everyone else had gone for the day, and she was about to leave also.
The workmanship was exquisite, and the baskets were very strong.
The reception room is also used for holding meetings.
We sat here in the reception area while the young man in charge let us know what the fees were for an overnight stay and a village walk. It was getting late in the afternoon now, and we still needed to see the rooms.

The whole visitor’s center complex was beautifully painted, and the grounds were well kept. Stanley and I were confident we wouldn’t find the rooms objectionable. It seemed like the best plan to stay here overnight and go on the village walk in the morning.
