There were no other visitors at the SWOPA visitor’s center, so Stanley and I had our pick of the rooms. I chose the round room on the left.
A view of the kitchen.
The bathroom was plumbed, but although the toilets flushed, the shower didn’t work. There was a plastic barrel full of water in the shower for a bucket bath.
There were mosquito nets and a floor fan next to the bed. The SWOPA visitor’s center had electricity which was supplied from solar panels. That was great news, because it was fairly warm. It would be nice to be able to have a fan on all night.
